  1. Create a backup with Duplicator Pro
  2. Download to local drive
  3. Go to C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf to create a new virtual host
  4. Use xampp-windows-x64-8.0.15-0-VS16-installer for XAMPP
